CAPACITY BUILDING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
We are in the forefront of building capacity through workshops, trainings and research. We conduct both Management and Entrepreneurship Trainings. Our in-house bank of resource persons are exceptional researchers and experts with both academic and practical experience.
BUSINESS/MANAGEMENT TRAININGS
Because of the dynamism of contemporary business challenges, management do no longer stick to “following the status quo” or merely make “programmed decisions” to resolve business problems. It has rather become imperative that therefore important for managers to get updated and trained on how to handle contemporary business issues in a dynamic business environment.
“The margin for errors in decision making and management must be reduced to zero, yet making error-free decisions in our business requires training, requisite skills and objectivity”. N. M. Yauri.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOPS
We based our entrepreneurship trainings upon the premise that the knowledge and skills needed to survive and thrive in business can be taught while the attitudes required of entrepreneurs can be identified and encouraged.
Entrepreneurship trainings have a lot of benefits;
- Participants are actually challenged for creativity and personal developments.
- Participants become better business managers after training.
- You are opened up to study your business environment, the opportunities that abounds, and how to take advantage of it.
- Our trainings are knowledge impacting. Since entrepreneurship height is considerably determined and sharpened by what we know, it is thus reasonable to keep learning.
- Skill acquisition
